By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to change the revenue records in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in Survey No.66/1, measuring an extent of 0.91.0 Hec. situated at Kottagoundampatti Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2022. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the land acquisition proceedings have been quashed by this Court, the revenue records have not been changed in favour of the petitioner's family members. In this regard, the petitioner made representation before the first respondent. However, the same has not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered by the first respondent in a reasonable time.

In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 27.02.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
