ORDER

The revision petitioner has filed this revision petition to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 03.03.2026, passed in M.P.No.2 of 2026 in RLTOP.No.187 of 2025 on the file of the XIII Judge, Court of Small Causes (Rent Court), Chennai.

2. Heard, Mr.P.Sivamani, learned counsel for the petitioner, and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons assigned by the trial Court are found to be justifiable. The jural relationship between the parties is admitted. The trial Court, upon detailed consideration, declined to grant the relief sought, and such findings require no interference.

4. It is also seen that the tenancy was terminated in the year 2012. In view of the admitted relationship and findings, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
