ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 within a stipulated period and consequentially to direct the second respondent to furnish the information and copies of the documents in compliance with the order passed by the first respondent in Case. No. SA.22149/F/2022 dated 13.04.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned standing counsel appearing for RTI submitted that the petitioner's application seeking to furnish information pertaining to the administration of the Panchayat office will be considered as expeditiously as possible.

3. Recording the submission made by learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, this Court directs the first

respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
