This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No. 276 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramanatham Police Station, Cuddalore District.
2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that a case was registered in Crime No.276 of 2013 under Section 160 Cr.P.C. and as on date, cognizance of the case is time barred and hence the petition may be allowed. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R. in Crime No.276 of 2013 is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
