Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent in respect of the notice of sale with No. Nil dated 28.03.2024 and to quash the same.

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.V.Ajayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is challenging the sale notice. The sale is scheduled on 22.05.2024.

3. Though submissions, on merits, are made by learned counsel for the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the same. The petitioner has a remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal to challenge the sale notice.

4. In view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioner, the writ petition, as such, stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. In that event, all contentions of the
