This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon the respondent-Police to register a case and investigate the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.11.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent-Police to conduct enquiry in accordance with law and register a case if any cognizable offence is made out only against those persons, against whom allegations are made, by following principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
