Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Venkatachalam, learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondents and with their consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal.

2. This writ petition has been filed by M.Mariappan, seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of his representation dated 3.06.2015, in accordance with law.

3. A perusal of the said representation of the petitioner dated 03.06.2015 reveals that he has made vague allegations that the post of Packer has not been approved by the bye-laws and the said post of Packer is not coming within the cadre strength of the Society. When this Court posed a question on the learned counsel for the petitioner as to what is the cadre strength of the Society, he is not even able to answer the same. Hence, the prayer sought for cannot be granted in favour of the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. No costs.
