By order dated 29.04.2019, this Court had appointed one Ms.R.Ravitha, Advocate as an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons. 2.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant sought for extension of time for execution of warrant by the Advocate Commissioner. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
