O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.12.2014 and to investigate the matter and to file a final report u/s 173(2) Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is the allegation of the complainant that her sister viz., V.Gomathi died on 02.12.2014 and that, on 08.12.2014 one Saravanan, Ayiraasu, Mangalam, Anbazhagan had entered into the house of the petitioner's sister and assaulted her. But, the petitioner had not even filed any wound certificate.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an FIR and if there is any further threat or assault on the petitioner by the said persons, it is always open to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on such complaint being https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed.
