ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience to the order dated 16.09.2025 passed in W.P.No. 34918 of 2025.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent had considered the petitioner's representation and passed order on 16.04.2026. Hence, he would submit that the aforesaid order dated 16.09.2025 was duly complied with by the respondents and requests this Court to close the present petition.

3. In view of the above, it is clear that no further order is required in this petition. Therefore, this contempt petition is closed.
