This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a complaint dated 12.03.2015 against Mrs.Lakshmi and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.63 of 2015 on the file of the respondent, in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner, in which she has alleged that, her husband has taken her jewellery and has given it to his first wife Mrs.Lakshmi.

4. The respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry in accordance with law. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
