ORDER

Challenging the order, dated 28.11.2015 in Na.Ka.No.7005/2015 Sa.Pa. issued by the first respondent and the impugned notice dated 18.08.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent herein, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the Writ Petitioner has filed a review application before the third respondent and the third respondent has considered the same. Accordingly, the charges framed against the petitioner have been reviewed and positive orders have also been passed by the second respondent vide proceedings, dated 31.05.2021. The copy of the same has also been produced before this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ petition.
