Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents namely the Chairman of the Law Commission to prepare a detailed comprehensive report on the terms of reference as encapsulated in Para 27 of the affidavit and submit their detailed recommendations on the said subjects to the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India within a reasonable time frame as fixed by this Court in accordance with law.
