ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 09.02.2018 made in A.No.6376 of 2016 in O.P.No.700 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2.This petition has been filed against the order prohibiting the respondent from confirming the auction. It appears that the sale took place and the sale certificate was issued. The petitioners also initiated proceedings by filing S.A.No.62 of 2018.

3. In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed making it clear that it is well open to the petitioners to raise the contention in the aforesaid application.
