Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for record from the second respondent pertaining to impugned decline letter No.23744/A2/2018-1, dated 23.10.2018 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to enhance the age superannuation of the petitioner on par with the Notification No.563 dated 11.08.2018 issued by the Government of India, Department of Personal and Training.
