The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of impugned enquiry summons issued by second respondent in Na.Ka.No.838/2023/A4 dated 17.02.2023 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and non- est in law.
2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that during the pendancy of this writ petition, enquiry was completed and order was passed on 27.03.2023. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition.
3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
