ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition in Para (c) imposed on the petitioner "that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required", in Crl.OP.No.6073 of 2026 dated 10.03.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the fact that the petitioner is alleged to have committed a serious offence, and in view of the necessity to keep the petitioner under the supervision of the respondent police, this Court is of the view that the request for modification is premature. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
