O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to publish the results of the Shorthand English Junior Examination, in which, the petitioner had participated and consequently, to issue the certificate.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, results have been published and the petitioner has also passed the examination. The learned counsel further submitted that a provisional certificate had been issued by the 2nd respondent and based on the said certificate, the petitioner has proceeded to submit an application before the 4th respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner requests this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to issue the original certificate to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Mr.Akhil Akbar Ali, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents, submitted that the relief claimed by the petitioner has already been granted and in due course of time, the 2nd respondent will send the original certificate to the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the subsequent development and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
