[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2021 for extension of leave for 7 more days to her husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], on instructions, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted that, the representation dated 11.06.2021, that was given by the petitioner for extension of leave to the convict prisoner, was considered by the authorities and the same has been rejected, by order dated 16.06.2021, a copy of which has been served on the petitioner as well to the convict prisoner in prison. However, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that he will send a copy of the said rejection to the learned counsel for the petitioner by e-mail.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
