This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5170 of 2023 vide order dated 06.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30.am and 5:30 p.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner are modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
