O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner-father to grant for permanent custody of the minor children.

2. Pending disposal of the O.P, interim visitation right was given to the petitioner on condition that he shall pay interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the children.

3. The petitioner has appeared in person today and made an endorsement to withdraw the petition and also agreed to pay Rs.10,000/- as maintenance to the minor children.

4. Considering the above said fact, it appears that the petitioner is satisfied with the visitation right given to him and not interested in seeking custody of the minor children. In any event, since he wants to withdraw O.P, he is permitted to do so on condition that he continues to pay the interim maintenance of Rs.10,000/- to the minor children until any order regarding maintenance is passed by the competent Court.

5. With the above condition, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
