Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to forthwith implement the order dated 28.03.2013 of the second respondent and consequently to open the TASMAC wine shop No.4096 at the petitioner's building at Door No.R-5/2, Mambakkam Main Road, Sithalapakkam, Chennai by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioners dated 29.03.2013. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Though the petitioner filed writ petition seeking for direction to the respondents to implement the order dated 28.03.2013 of the second respondent.

3.Mr.K.Selvaraj, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider his representation and to pass appropriate orders.

4.Mr.Kasirajan, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 agreed that if any representation is pending, the same would be considered on its own merits.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2013, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representation made by the petitioner, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation to the respondents 1 and 2, immediately after receipt of the copy of this order.
