Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a writ of certiorari, calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondent made in O.A.No.234 of 2013 dt. 13.06.2014 and quash the same.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) After considering the case of the petitioner and taking note of a decision of this Court in W.P.No.24535 of 2013 dated 30.09.2013, which upheld the order of the tribunal in O.A.No.1311 of 2010, the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench, vide order dated 13.06.2014 in O.A.No.234 of 2013, has only directed the appellants to consider the case of 2nd respondent for appointment on compassionate ground in the light of the above said decision, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in O.A.234 of 2013, dated 13.06.2013. No positive direction has been given to provide employment on compassionate grounds. Direction is only to the effect to consider, in the light of the above decision. Therefore, appellants are at liberty to consider and decide accordingly.
2. For the above said reasons, at this juncture, we are not inclined to interfere with the order and thus, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
