Jayabarathi ...Petitioner Prayer: Petition filed under Sections 3, 7 to 10 & 29 of Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, read with Order XXI Rule 2 and 3 of Madras High Court Original Side Rules, 1956 to pass a judgment and decree:- (a) to appoint (declare) the Petitioner as Guardian of the person and property of the minor children, viz., Jeya Ayswarya and Jeya Praveena;

(b) to permit the Petitioner to receive the P.F. amount on behalf of the minor children and (c) to deposit the amount Rs.1,69,344/- (Rupees Sixty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Forty Four only) the share of the minor in the name of the minor children, viz., Jeya Ayswarya and Jeya Praveena, in any nationalized bank;

Since the Employees Provident Fund Organization has informed that they do not require Succession Certificate, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw this Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
