((Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Pursuant to the order dated 12.06.2019, the petitioners have deposited a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- [Rupees ten lakhs only] to the credit of O.S.No.80 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District & Sessions Court, Tirupur.

2. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the petitioners have complied with the conditional order dated 12.06.2019.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the interim stay granted on 12.06.2019 is made absolute. The II Additional District & Sessions Court, Tirupurr, is directed to deposit the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- [Rupees ten lakhs only] deposited by the petitioners to the credit of O.S.No.80 of 2015 in a Nationalised bank in reinvestment scheme, initially for a period of one year.

4. At the request of both, post the first Appeal for final hearing in the 2nd week of April 2022.
