A memo had been filed on behalf of the respondent giving the details of the Bank account.
2.It is hoped that the petitioner would pay the appropriate maintenance for the two children and also incidently for the respondent every month without default.
3.Let this arrangement continue until further orders. 4.Additionally, on 01.07.2024, this Court had put it place an arrangement for visitation by the petitioner to see the two children and that is for the respondent, to bring the two children to BSR Mall situated at IT Corridor, Express Way, 1/609, OMR Road, Seevaram, Thoraipakkam. The respondent may bring the two children on every alternative Sunday commencing from 21.07.2024, at around 11.00 a.m and may collect the two children again at 03.00 p.m.
