ORDER

The petitioner is an Association of self financing agriculture Colleges. They have made a representation to the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University / R2, R3 seeking various reliefs and also putting forth some grievances for its attention.

2. Vide communication dated 19.09.2023, some of the queries have been addressed and in respect of a significant number of queries, R2 and R3 have deferred the issue stating either that steps are to be taken or that the issue would be taken up in due course. According to petitioner, there is no move to arrive at a finality on the grievances put forth / queries raised. Hence this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Manikandan, conveys the instructions of R2 & R3 to state that final orders will be passed on representation dated 14.08.2023 after hearing the petitioner and in accordance with law, at the earliest.

4. Hence to assist the process of an early resolution of the matter, the petitioner is permitted to approach the respondents forthwith to put forth his submission such that representation dated 14.08.2023, may be disposed as expeditiously as possible, and in any 2/4

event, within an outer time frame of eight (8) weeks, in accordance with law, extant and applicable rules and regulations, and after hearing the petitioner.
