Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S SATHIYARAJ E., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.L.BASKARAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition 5(c) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9286 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions of this Court vide order dated 22.04.2022.
