(CRIME NO.27 OF 2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 01.04.2022 in Crl.OP.7633/2022 that (c) the petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30am until further orders and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABHAVATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UDAYAKUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.7633 of 2022, dated 01.04.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and hence, the condition imposed on the petitioners is totally relaxed.
