This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondents 1 and 2 remained ex-parte before the Tribunal.

Despite service of notice to the 3rd respondent and their name being printed in the cause list none appears for them.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
