ORDER
Till date, the Advocate Commissioner has not re-possessed the vehicle. The learned Advocate Commissioner submits that the vehicle is not located. Sufficient time has been granted for executing the warrant of commission. 2.No useful purpose will be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending that too when the vehicle is not located till date. 3.Accordingly, this application is closed by granting liberty for the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner by this Court.
