Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the claim made by the Petitioner/Appellant in MCOP NO.1389/2013 on the file of MACT/II Additional District Cum Sessions Court at Tiruppur, as Rs.80,00,000/- instead of Rs.60,00,000/- in CMA SR No.52090/2021.(IN CMP.NO.10042/2021) Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.MA.P.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) This Petition has been filed to amend the claim made by the Petitioner / Appellant in MCOP.No.1389 of 2013 as Rs.80,00,000/- instead of Rs.60,00,000/-.
