This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent in proceeding no. 01/2023 dated 14.02.2023 as null and void and consequently direct the second respondent to release the sale deed registered as document No. 641/2023 dated 5.12.2022.

2. The second respondent has filed a counter to the effect that the document has been referred under section 47A[1] of the Indian Stamp Act to the District Revenue Officer [Stamps] for determination of value of the property.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.07.2024 vrc Index :Yes/No Internet :Yes/No : Yes/No To, 2/4
