Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed upon the first petitioner vide order dated 16.08.2018 passed in the above Crl.O.P.No.20088 of 2018 that the first petitioner alone shall report before the respondent police as and when required by them.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner has filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20088 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 354 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.632 of 2018, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 13 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
