ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the II Additional Family Judge, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.2846 of 2020, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that P.W.1 has already been examined and the trial commenced long ago. However, there has been no progress in the cross-examination on the side of the respondent, who appears to be deliberately evading the proceedings.

3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2020, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
