Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent bank to de-freeze the petitioner savings account in bearing A/c.No.500101011084173, as per the direction of the first respondent which was communicated to the petitioner through email dated 31.05.2021 and consequently allow the petitioner to operate his accounts without any hindrance.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent bank to de-freeze the petitioner savings account in bearing A/c.No.500101011084173, as per the direction of the first respondent which was communicated to the petitioner through email dated 31.05.2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that pending writ petition, the second respondent has complied with the direction issued by the first respondent as early as on 23.06.2021.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
