(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Instant public interest litigation has been filed, for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent, to cancel the original allotment of Plot No.25 A Canal Bank Road, CIT Nagar, Chennai 35, in favour of J. Mangai @ Mankaiyarkarasi, fourth respondent or anybody claiming through or under her.

2. When this Court, drew the attention of the learned counsel for the petitioner to the insufficiency of the particulars furnished in the averments of the supporting affidavit and to the documents enclosed in the typed set of papers, which do not satisfy the requirements of Public interest litigation, Mr.D. Nellaiappan, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the instant writ petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, with full particulars, supported by documents.

3. Placing on record the above submission, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for is granted.

No costs.
