Notice has been duly served on the respondent. The affidavit of service enclosing the delivery report has been filed. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent till date. The name of the respondent is also printed in the cause list today. Hence, the respondent is set exparte by this Court.
2.The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has also repossessed the vehicle and handed over the custody of the same to the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner seeks for payment of additional remuneration.

vga 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that within a period of two weeks from today, the additional remuneration directed to be paid by this Court on 08.07.2025 will be paid to the Advocate Commissioner. The said undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicant is recorded.
