[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to produce the minor female child viz., R.Vekshanna, 4 years, who was illegally detained by respondents 2 to 6 herein and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

submitted that the matter has been resolved between the parties in the Mediation. We have also perused the Mediation Report dated 16.09.2019 and the memorandum of compromise dated 06.09.2019 entered into between the parties.
