Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.UDAYA KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.7717 of 2022, dated 04.04.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners had been complying the condition regularly.
