This petition is filed under Order XXII Rule 4 of Civil Procedure Code to bring on record Urmila Gupta, the wife of the deceased C.P.Gupta as his legal heir in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and in the facts and circumstances, the present petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in CRP.No.1940 of 2008 and list the main case on 03.07.2019. 17.06.2019 mbi http://www.judis.nic.in
