ORDER

Heard the learned counsels, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the respondents.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, praying that this court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to deliver all the letters addressed to the petitioner, in the name of Ram, Ram Prasad and Ram Kumar, at the address, having Door No.15, New Street, West Mambalam, Chennai-600 033.

The second respondent has claimed that the petitioner is neither residing at the address, bearing Door No.15, New Street, West Mambalam, Chennai-600 033, nor having an office at the said place.

In view of such an objection raised by the second respondent, the first respondent has requested the petitioner to appear, in person, for an enquiry, to sort out the matter. 5.

In such circumstances, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the first respondent, at 10.30 a.m., on Monday (04.07.2016), to enable the first respondent to conduct an enquiry, with regard to the claim made by the petitioner, in the present writ petition. The first respondent shall conduct the enquiry and pass appropriate orders, thereafter, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as to the authorized representative of the second respondent. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
