This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent/ Police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that based on the complaint lodged by her husband, the 2nd respondent is frequently calling her under the guise of enquiry and harassing her.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was lodged by the husband of the petitioner to the Child Help Line, NGO, and on the request of the Child Help Line, the 2nd respondent called the petitioner to appear for enquiry and absolutely, there is no harassment made to the petitioner and there is no intention on the part of the 2nd respondent to give any harassment to the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to pass any direction to the respondent police. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
