This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.08.2018 and to take necessary departmental action against the 4th respondent.

2. The petitioner has given a representation dated 03.08.2018 to the 1st and 2nd respondents, and thereafter, filed the present application with the above prayer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In the opinion of this Court, there is no statutory duty cast upon the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of such representations. However, the petitioner has also approached the Human Rights Commission for necessary relief.
