This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 05.08.2015 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband died in a vehicle accident and thereafter, the petitioner has made an allegation that her husband was done to death by the opposite party.

The respondent police have conducted thorough investigation and filed a report stating that the complaint is false. A copy of the report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court also perused the records and found that an accident is being converted into a murder case for the reasons best known to the petitioner. Under such circumstances, no positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
