ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the first respondent has now released the passport to the petitioner and in view of the same, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now become infructuous.

2. After recording the fact that the passport has been released to the petitioner by the first respondent, and the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
