Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records on the files of the 2nd respondent in G.D.No.563 / 2016-17 dated 15.12.2016 and quash the same as being without jurisdiction and authority of law and contrary to the principles of natural justice.

O R D E R

1.After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner says that since the goods are owned by M/s.Surya Trading, liberty be given to withdraw the captioned petition. 2.This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Needless to say, if M/s.Surya Trading were to approach this Court, the Court would examine the matter on merits, notwithstanding the withdrawal of the captioned petition. Consequently, the connected pending application is closed.
