The petitioner served as an Office Assistant in the respondent Department and rendered more than 30 years of service. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been given bonus increment as per G.O.Ms.No.562, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 28.09.1998. In this regard, he made a representation dated 13.07.2015. Since the said representation was not considered by the respondents, he came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.In view of the narrow prayer made seeking disposal of the representation, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
