When the matter was listed for hearing on 29.04.2026, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" today i.e., on 11.06.2026. When the matter is called today there was no representation for the petitioner and hence it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Original Petition.

2. Hence, this Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
