This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3767 of 2023 vide order dated 24.03.2023 shall stay at Nagerkoil and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
